A model application form for your agency

Every agency gets its own scouting link, carrying its name and logo. Applicants fill in everything you’d ask for on a first call (contact details, nationality, measurements and social links) and upload a headshot plus a set of portfolio images. Each submission arrives as a complete profile, not a DM you have to chase for more photos.

Reject them and they move to a separate list, so you can revisit them if your needs change.

Your scouting page is a single URL, so it works wherever aspiring talent find you. Put it in your Instagram bio, behind a “Get scouted” button on your website, or on a QR code at an open call. Applicants see a thank-you page confirming their submission arrived, so they don’t message you to check.
