Portfolio that’s organised before you need it

A talent’s book is the most important thing you sell, and it’s usually the messiest. Upload images and video straight to the profile, drag them into the order you’d show a client, and group them into collections for each kind of work. When a commercial brief lands, the commercial set is already put together and you don’t have to pick through two hundred files.

• Images and video together. Photos and MP4 video sit on the same profile, in the order you choose.
• Drag to reorder. Put the strongest image first. Packages and shared links show media in the order you set.

Travel jobs fall apart over a missing visa, and payouts go wrong when nobody can find the contract. Store every document against the talent it belongs to, with the dates that matter, so the whole team can find it and sees when it’s out of date.

• Every document type. Passports, visas, work permits, ID cards, certifications, contracts and anything else, as PDF, image or Word files up to 10 MB.
• Validity dates. Record when a document is valid from and until. Expired documents are clearly flagged on the profile.

Young talent have parents and guardians, and established talent have managers and mother agents. Add them as contacts on the talent’s profile with their details. Whoever picks up the thread, whether a new booker or a colleague covering a holiday, knows who to call.
