Roles that match how agencies work

Not everyone in an agency needs access to billing or team performance. Give each person a role that fits their job. Admins run the agency, managers oversee the day-to-day, and bookers work the roster, packages, calendar and clients without seeing settings they don’t need.

• Admin: full control, including team members, scouting settings, billing and agency settings.
• Manager: runs the day-to-day, with access to booker performance reporting.
• Booker: works the roster, packages, calendar and clients.

People come and go, the history stays

Staff turnover is normal in agencies, but losing someone’s bookings and client history when they leave shouldn’t be. Deactivate a user and they can’t sign in any more, while everything they created stays on record under their name. FlowboardPro always keeps at least one active admin, so the agency can’t be locked out of its own account by mistake.

Simple sign-in

Getting the team onto a new tool is hard enough without password friction. Staff sign in with email and password or with their Google account. Each person sets their own time zone, so booking times make sense wherever they’re working from.

Your agency, your settings

Set up the agency once and it shows up everywhere. Your logo, website and legal name appear on packages, share links, invoices and statements. Your default currency, tax rate and invoice numbering are applied to every new invoice. Your talent groups, booking types and tags shape how the whole team organises its work.
