Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowboard service ("Flowboard", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Cloudstack FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Flowboard provides a cloud-based software platform for agencies and talent managers to manage talent availability, bookings, portfolios, schedules, and related tools.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans & Fees

3.1 Subscription Services

Flowboard offers subscription plans with varying features, limits, and pricing published at https://flowboardpro.com/pricing.

3.2 Billing

Paddle.com Inc. acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your subscription payments, including applicable taxes. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for recurring billing.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.4 Taxes

Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may apply based on your billing region and are handled by Paddle.

3.5 Price Changes

Flowboard may change pricing with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

4. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Partial refunds for unused time are generally not issued. See the full Refund Policy here: /refund-policy.

5. Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload ("User Content").

6.2 License to Operate

You grant Flowboard a limited license to host and display your content for providing the Service.

7. Public Pages

Content you publish publicly (e.g., public talent profiles, portfolio pages) may be viewable by anyone with the link. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws for public content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, harmful conduct, infringement of rights, or interference with system operations. Flowboard may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Paddle). You agree to comply with the third-party terms that apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloudstack FZE disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowboard's aggregate liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the prior twelve (12) months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
