## Aged Receivables

**Who owes us money, and how late is it?** Cash flow is what keeps an agency open, and unpaid invoices are easy to lose track of. This report lists every unpaid invoice and groups it by how far past due it is, so the oldest debt stands out. Aging is always measured from today. The default date range is wide on purpose, so an old unpaid invoice can't be hidden by a narrow filter.

## Roster Performance

**Which talent are earning, and which have gone quiet?** Most agencies can't say how many of the talent on their roster worked last quarter. This report shows every talent's bookings, gross fees, agency commission and net earnings for the period. It includes the ones with no work at all, so you can see who needs a push and who to let go. Commission is calculated from each talent's contract. Where a booking has no contract to calculate from, the report flags it rather than guessing.

## Booker Performance

**Which bookers are producing?** Owners need to see who's bringing work in, without making the team feel ranked unfairly. This report shows, for each booker, the bookings they created, the value of those bookings and the packages they sent, for the period you choose. Every active staff member appears, even with no activity, so the picture is complete. Bookings are credited to whoever created them in FlowboardPro, and the column labels say so plainly.
