# Send a package that looks like your agency, and see who the client wants.

> Clients often judge your agency by its packages before they meet anyone, and a zip file of JPEGs doesn't make that case well. Build a package from talent already on your roster, send it as a branded link, and keep editing it after it has gone out, with no second email needed.

## Build from your roster

Putting a package together used to mean exporting images, renaming files and copying measurements into an email. In FlowboardPro you pick the talent and you're done: their photos, portfolio order and measurements come straight from their profile. Attach the package to the client it's for, add internal notes about the brief, and tag it so you can find it again next season.

- **Pick, don't upload.** Choose talent from your database. Nothing to export or attach.
- **Always the right data.** The package uses each talent's current portfolio and measurements.
- **Linked to the client.** Every package is tied to the client it was pitched to.
- **Searchable history.** Search past packages by name or notes, and filter them by tag.

## Share it your way

Send the package from FlowboardPro to exactly the people who need it. Pick the client, tick the contacts who should receive it, and write your own subject and message. They get an email with a link to a clean page carrying your agency's name, logo and website, with no login or account to set up. They can open any talent to see the full portfolio, including video, alongside their measurements.

- **Email from the app** to one or more of the client's contacts, with a personal message.
- **Branded share page** with your agency name, logo and website link.
- **No login for the client** and no attachment size limits.
- **Full portfolios.** Every image and video in the order you set, plus measurements.
- **Comp card PDFs when you need them.** Some clients still want a file. Download a branded PDF with one comp card-style page per talent, showing their measurements and top images.

## Edit the package after it's sent

Briefs change. The client wants two more options, or one of your talent just got booked elsewhere. The share link always shows the current version of the package, so add or remove talent and the client sees the change next time they open it. There's no "v2 FINAL" email and no stale package going round their office.

- **One link for the life of the pitch.** Edit as often as you need.
- **No confusion over versions.** Everyone who has the link sees the same, latest package.

## Client feedback in the package

Feedback on a package usually arrives as a forwarded email saying "love the second girl, not sure about the guy in the blue". Instead, clients mark each talent **yes** or **no** directly on the share page. Their picks show up next to each talent in your copy of the package, so you have a shortlist you can act on without reading through a reply chain.

- **Yes or no on each talent**, straight from the share link.
- **Clients can change their minds**, and the latest answer is what you see.
- **Visible to your whole team** on the package itself.
