# Know every client, and everyone you deal with there.

> Brands, magazines, production houses and casting directors, each with their own contacts. Keep them all in one place, connected to the packages you send, the jobs you book and the invoices you raise.

## Client records

Most agencies deal with the same brand under two names: the one everyone uses and the legal entity that pays the invoice. FlowboardPro keeps both. Your team works with the familiar name day to day, and invoices go out to the correct legal entity automatically. Clients you've stopped working with can be marked inactive, so they drop out of everyday lists without losing their history.

- **Trading name and legal name.** Invoices use the legal name when you've set one.
- **Search** by either name.
- **Active and inactive.** Inactive clients drop out of pickers but keep their history.

## Multiple contacts per client

You rarely deal with just one person at a client. The art director picks the talent, the producer handles logistics, and accounts pays the invoice. Add each of them as a contact under the client, with their own details. When you send a package, you choose exactly which contacts receive it.

- **As many contacts as you need**, each with a name, email and phone.
- **Choose recipients per package**, so the right people see each pitch.
- **Tag contacts**, for example decision-maker, accounts or production.

## Connected to the rest of your work

Packages, bookings and invoices are each tied to a client. Filter your packages, calendar and invoices by client to see what you've pitched, what they've booked and what they still owe, without cross-referencing three spreadsheets.

- **Packages** pitched to the client, with their yes/no picks. See [package sharing](https://www.flowboardpro.com/features/package-sharing).
- **Bookings** on the [calendar](https://www.flowboardpro.com/features/agency-calendar) for the client.
- **Invoices and payments**, including what's outstanding in the [receivables report](https://www.flowboardpro.com/features/reports).

## Tags

Label clients in whatever way your agency thinks about them, such as by tier, by industry, or as slow payers, and filter the client list by those tags.

- **Your own labels**, colour-coded.
- **Filter the client list** by tag.
