## What your assistant can do

Once connected, your AI assistant works directly with your agency's records in FlowboardPro, so you can ask for what you need instead of clicking through screens.

- **Talent**: search the roster, open a profile, add new talent and update details such as measurements, groups and tags.
- **Clients and contacts**: look up clients, add new ones, and keep their contacts up to date.
- **Bookings**: list the bookings in a date range and open any booking to see its details.

## Scoped to your agency

The connection uses a private access key for your agency. Your assistant only sees your agency's data, and only while your FlowboardPro subscription is active.
